Please, read these terms and conditions carefully before booking excursions and transfers. Please note that if English is not your mother tongue, you are obligated to ensure you have clearly understood these terms and conditions for online booking of excursions and transfers before ticking the appropriate box confirming that you have read and understood them.

Booking conditions
By booking any of the excursions or transfers offered on GoldStarAdventures.com you agree to these terms of service. All prices are listed in Euro (€) and converted to HRK (Croatian Kuna). Upon making a reservation, You will receive a link to the secure checkout provided by WSPay. When processing your payment you will be able to choose in which currency you would like to pay and you will be informed of the exchange rate that will be used. All bookings must be paid at least 48 hours before departure time, or it will be canceled automaticaly. Before cancellation, you will receive a reminder via Email. It is suggested that payments be made immediately after booking to ensure and confirm the reservation.

GoldStarAdventures.com Vouchers
After you complete your booking, you will receive a personalized GoldStarAdventures.com Voucher for each service booked. The Vouchers will be authenticated and signed digitally and sent to you by email.
You must provide the original, authentic GoldStarAdventures.com Voucher to the appropriate service provider in order to approach your tour or transfer. Your reservation can not be accepted or admitted without presenting a valid GoldStarAdventures.com Voucher. All organizers will also accept the presentation of the Voucher in the digital format (e.g. your smartphone or tablet device).

Cancelation policy
For all reservations canceled more than 48 hours prior to the service GoldStarAdventures.com offeres a full refund. For all reservations canceled 48-24 hours before the service, GoldStarAdventures.com offers 50% refund of the total value of booked service. Cancellation of reservations in the last 24 hours before departure is not possible, unless specified otherwise during your booking process.

If you book an excursion or transfer with GoldStarAdventures.com and afterwards you find the exact same service with the same itinerary which is being sold at a lower price, we will refund the price difference. To receive your refund, please send us the link to the website that provides the same service at a lower price and your GoldStarAdventures.com voucher on booking@goldstaradventures.com

Flexible dates guarantee
If you would like to change your departure date, even just before the service, the organizer of the service will change your booking to a later date, free of charge, provided the same service is beeing organized on a later date which corresponds to your preferences, and that there is vacancy on the selected departure. To change your tour departure, just contact us on booking@goldstaradventures.com and attach your GoldStarAdventures.com voucher.
